Melissa Wagner, Owner
Melissa started her insurance career in 2002, moving to Lee County in 2011 where she has raised her three kids, Colby, Weston, and Riley Dee. In 2018, she joined Kim Dowdy Insurance Agency and in 2024 transitioned to owner of the agency. Melissa is licensed to write property and casualty insurance in the state of Texas and has 23 years of insurance experience and bachelor's degree in business management, she is excited to step into this new role as agency owner and serve her community with the same passion she always has.
Stephanie Milburn, Customer Service Representative
Stephanie may be new to the insurance industry, but she is deeply rooted in Lexington, where she has lived for the past 20 years with her husband, Michael Milburn, and their three children: Jake, Preslie, and Ben. After earning her degree in culinary arts in 1999, she dedicated herself to raising her family as a stay-at-home mother. In November 2023, Stephanie transitioned into a new career by joining the Kim Dowdy Insurance Agency. In addition to her new role, she serves as a volunteer firefighter, demonstrating her commitment to hard work and community service. Stephanie is enthusiastic about beginning her journey in the insurance field and is eager to contribute to her community.
